It was like turning back the clock as I saw young David running up the wing today...I could have sworn it was his Dad from behind from all those years ago when we played our home games at Riverside in the mid-1980's. I felt so proud that yet another young Parkhead boy or East End lad has proved that there is a better way to improve yourself rather than crime.... young davie had a great game, lets hope he matures to the player burnsie was, just hope he will be able to handle the abuse thats coming his way..

Just got back this morning at 1 am and I absolutely knackered...I am getting to auld for leading the life of an International playboy and jetsetter. Great trip and brilliant company despite the fact I dropped and lost 170 €uros at a toll station on the way home. Nevertheless great couple of days away and it was really good to see some of my old friends and to meet new ones. Especially the two DUP Councillors from Ballymoney in Northern Ireland of whom I am sure we will hear more of in years to come. ;D ;D nice we surprise you dropping in this morning & telling me about your trip i have to make it a point to go over with you before i get much older

Just remembering that I used to search through all the record stalls in the Barras for the single 'Jimmy Mack' mainly for the 'B' side 'Third Finger Left Hand' which was always a much sought after single for Parkheid parties in the mid1970's - still a classic when it comes to 'record sessions' thesedays. old barrowland classic still have the single, was at the concert brilliant

No idea what any of these initials stand for, but I would imagine the wording of the song has been "doctored" Not in any way has the song been doctored it is just an old 1960's song that has been adopted by the Rangers community who just want to party. ;D : And as Andy says it has no doubt been removed from the jukebox republican's Top 10 along with Wet , Wet ,Wet, Duran Duran , Simply The Best and numerous other records these paranoid people consider to be sectarian...Hail , Hail, Rock N' Roll. you could list several classic songs that the 1st battalion paranoid plastic paddy"s have removed from thier juke boxes.

Was down in Parkheid tonight for a few swally's efter work and I got the opinion that the 'Shettleston Harriers' in the pub were disappointed because they weren't drawn against the 'Young Boys' of Zurich. ;D this will be a hard tie for the bhoys from the cespit as uteracht are not a bad outfit, just a wee note, this is the home of the michael mols loyal r.s.c.,so the plastic bhoys can expect a good orange welcome

Can someone explain why, when Celtic get put out of the Champions league , Rangers get more money How come When two teams from the one of the smaller countries qualify for the Champions League Etta they have to share the television money and it is divided between the two if they both qualify for the qualifying rounds. However, one has to play a qualifying round as did Celtic and if they fail to qualify all the kitty money goes to the club who have already qualified for the latter stages in this case Rangers. It seems though that this may change next season when only one team from Scotland will qualify for the Champions League. charlie do the winners of the spl not have to play a quilifier next year?
