It isn't the end of the world especially when we have this guy as our main man..."Hail, hail, rock 'n' roll."

It seems that this song is to be released as a charity single by Rangers with all the proceeds going to Erskine Hospital. So I reckon it will be off the playlist in all the juke boxes in ra Shellick shoaps in Coatbridge and the Gallowgate. Well they will always have 'Just Can't Get Enough' to dance to...

Strangely enough Andy I have it on my phone and it is allocated to you for some daft reason. So when you phone me it belts out on my phone. Yes Andy, I have already heard the daft reasons for it and they are way off the mark but hey let them believe what they want...as long as we know why, that is all that matters.

I am a member of loads of footie forums and have a lot of Celtic supporting friends and no one to my knowledge is "doing their nuts in" trying to work it out. We don't care................................. I really like the Roy Orbison version, haven't yet heard the charity version but if it is sung well I'll probably like that too, is that a terrible crime in your eyes for a Celtic fan to admit

Good on you Anne and long may it continue and you have nothing to apologize for being a supporter of Celtic as friendly debate and banter is always welcome on these boards - despite what others may say about us.
It seems that someone on one of the many Celtic 'Huddle' boards has came up with the theory that this tune has became popular with Orange Bands in celebration of some guy who just happened to be shot in an amusement arcade in Belfast some 28 years ago - you just couldn't make this keech up. By the way do you know the origins of the song 'Just Can't Get Enough...

By the way do you know the origins of the song 'Just Can't Get Enough... No, only that it was originally sung by Depeche Mode in the early 80s when I was a regular "up the dancing" BTW, I only heard the Penny Arcade song for the first time a few years ago and it was at a Keelies night out. It was either Daisy or her husband Jim who sang it at the karaoke in the Belvidere Bowling Club ;D
