The Jungle the traditional Celtic vocal supporters meeting place in the old Celtic Park... ;D ;D ;D Did the demolition of the old Jungle eradicate their atmosphere that was so prevelant in the old ground.

Taking the jungle away killed the atmosphere, the days when ye aw just pushed in the gither was the real atmospheres
Ah hate gon noo when ah end up sitting wae people ye don't know an some are right choobs, like the prat in front of me at the AC Milan game, right hard man giein the V's to the milan supporters and daein ma heid in. Everyone else is screaming oot the songs and this clown.
Chilled oot, he's a plum but the fitba isnae the same.

As a wean I had many happy memories of Celtic Park it was like a big adventure park to us when we were young in the early 1960's...a sort of Disney Land for east end weans. Just like aw the early 1960's Cup Finals the Tims turned up wi' aw these dreams and fantasties and Jim Forest ran riot and it Disnae happen...mind you the auld Jungle was great for a gemme of two man hunt at the reserve gemmes on a Friday night.

I remember the morning following Hurricane Low Q in January 1968, seeing most of the roof of the Jungle lying on Janefield Street.
