Arguably Parkhead's least known street. It is the lane that runs down the side of Belvidere Hospital, off London Road, opposite the junction with Helenvale Street.
It is named after Cairncraig House, and to call it a street is perhaps stretching the truth, it is little more than a lane.

Always a good one for a quiz on Parkheid...where is Cairncraig Street amazing how many Parkheid folk have never heard of it.

There was a Cairncraig House in Tollcross which was the residence of John Martin a local Baillie and a friend of Davie Willox of Parkhead Reminiscence's fame.
