Sadly Jean Eddie Gilmour died a couple of years ago...Arab and Tisey are living out Bathgate or Broxburn way. Stewart aka Zeb is in Aberdeen somewhere and Johnie lives in Helenvale Flats and drinks in the Prince Charlie most days.

A friend and I from Brigton went about that area for a wee while back in 1969-70 I remember a guy with the nickname Gomez I think it was, another coming to mind is Biff or Biffy they stayed facing Belvidere hospital another guy called Jamie who came from Janefield St they had a band and they had converted an outside cellar at Jamies' house like a studio we thought they were fantastic but don't know whatever happened to them. We actually met them through one of their friends who had moved in next door to my pal in Ruby St flats his second name was Harvey can't remember his first name, she invited them to her birthday party as she would see them going into his house and fancied one of them and it was me that ended up with the boy next door and it's terrible I can't even remember his name.

I remember Steph and also his wife...would the Biff possibly be Wiff McGuire Adaline. The only Jamie I knew from Janefield was a Jamie Kerr who went to Rivvy and he played in the school band and later emigrated to Australia.

It's such a long time ago Charlie I can't really remember right as I said we only went about there for a wee while, Biff or Wiff as you call him was quite a wee cheeky guy, it could be Jamie Kerr as I can't remember but I think he did go to Rivvy. We stopped going up around there as the lassies from there didn't like us being there and rather than cause trouble we just kept away.

It wouldnt have been Wiff McGuire as he ran about Parkhead and he didn't go to Rivvy, I think he went to Bernard street.
