Spent the best part of three hours walking through the cemetery in Tollcross this morning. I found it very interesting especially in regards to many old east end family burial plots. I discovered the grave of my granda's sister whom I never knew was buried there...plus the grave of one of The Rangers director's from the early 1900's. I intend to go back to look for the grave of William Miller who wrote the child's poem 'Wee Willie Winkie'.

No Caterina there is a memorial stone to William Miller the poet in the Necropolis but he is definitely buried in Tollcross Cemetery in a relatives lair which I never found yesterday as I never had his details with me and I was nursing one hell of a hangover into the bargain.

Here is the stone in the Necropolis Caterina it is quite easy to find once you start to walk the path that leads up to John Knox's statue it is on the left hand side once you go over the Bridge of Sighs.
