While visiting the new Whitelee Windfarm near Eaglesham I came across this wee museum inside a farm dedicated to John Howie. Ixus2.

Lochgoin Farm on Fenwick Moor the home of the Howie family for nearly 500 years. It has been many years since I visited the farm and the monument...a place which is sacred to me and everyone in Scotland who believes in the Covenant of 1638. I have an original copy of the Scots Worthies in the house...it is times like this that I have to question the Scottish Education Department and how they fail to teach our children about their history. All credit to the family at the farm who leave it open for people to visit and I will include it in my Covenanters Tour in November.
