A book by Brian Patton which features many street scenes with trams in the foreground. Rather expensive at £16.99 but worth it for several unreleased photos of the east end...especially the one of Springfield Road and London Road junction looking south. Caterina and Oor Wullie both lived in the building featured.

I would loved to have had a picture of my red sandstone building in Mc Ewan Street. Caterina and Oor Wullie are so lucky.

when my wife and kid,s were up in stirling a few yrs ago, for a holiday she went to parkhead and took a photo of the red sandstone building on westmuir st were we lived, when we got married.

Jean, Yes I agree. The photo of the buiding I lived in after moving from Reid Streeet when I was about 7 is on this site too.
