Smashing wee article Tam.
West Street became Kerr Street and not Durness Street.
Alma Street retained its name, and its proposed name of Redan Street was allocated to King Street. The name Benloyal Street was never used.

Its been awile since i last had a gold star on my jotter Pat. in fact i dont think i ever got one. There is some on here who had jotters full of them though. But it would be good to think that someone made a suggestion for a street name way back then and it got accepted just because they liked the sound of it ,Yir pal Tam xxxxxxxxx
