Colin Stein: The last of the great Scottish centre forwards. Ally McCoist couldn't lace his boots.

how can you say that mc Coist outscored him at every level, for club, cup matches, europe, for country, didn't you mean to put that the other way round brownlee?

No. Stein was a far better footballer. Only at Ibrox relatively briefly.

Watched two games today.
Rangers stole three points from a superior St, Johnstone .
Celtic stole two points from a superior Motherwell.
Not a lot more I can say.?

I was up the Mitchell all day Andy so I never knew the results until I went into the Horse Shoe the back of five. Couldn't help but overhear a group of Celtic fans conversation and it would seem the knives are being sharpened for Big Mogga already and surprising 'that lazy Orange basra Scotty Brown'...it will be an interesting feww eeks ahead especially if they fail to beat Hamburg on Thursday at the Tattie Dome. Oh dear! It's not so long since they were telling us Broonaldo was a 10 million quid player. (and McGeady was worth 7 mill and Scott McDonald 5 mill.)

McGeady is potentially (I stress that word) the best winger prospect in Scotland for a few decades but he is playing alongside a bunch of at best average players. Mowbray for me does not match up for the huge job. He does not even look up for it, adopting the pose of someone waiting on a bus rather than coaching a team. He does not look interested enough.
