Morto Our French teach was a Mrs Paterson. Miss Blair was our English teacher - not liked by many, but an excellent teacher, she'd even taught my Dad.
A class mate of mine (now in England) keeps in touch with me regularly, phoned me last weeklwe chatted and laughed for about two hours ..reminiscing about our silly School days at John street.. Havent seen her since we left school at 15. she was the one who sent me those photos above. Remember 'plunking' school with her, and another girl, to go ice-skating on the frozen Richmond Park.. ;D It wiz b**dy freezin, the ice wiz black, not white like in the ice rink and all bumps and lumps, which wid send uz flying!! - happy days eh ;D

Aye Pitbull I know you went to John St and dalmarnock school the same as me I also know you lived not far from me in London Rd, we also hung around dalmarnock rd and brigton x our paths must have crossed at some time or other but I really can't place you at all. I know through reading your posts that we know some of the same people but funny how we don't know each other.
I do know you are a bit younger than me so we were not in the same year I left dalmarnock school in 1967 and john st in 1970.
